• Please ensure you and your child/ren are well enough to be at Bugs Play Cafe. Anyone who becomes unwell during a visit, must leave the centre promptly for the safety of other guests.
• Sanitiser is provided around the cafe and play area
• Children are under the supervision of their parent or guardian at all times during their visit, All play equipment should be used with care, no climbing on the nets or the external play-frame structure.
• Bugs play area is designed for preschoolers up to 7years old. Older children able to access the play equipment at staff discretion only.
• Please no food, drink, chewing gum or shoes are allowed on the play mats and play equipment
• We advise arms and legs should be covered and socks on for comfort
• Please remove jewellery, badges and any other sharp objects
• Items left are done so at your own risk
• No liability will be accepted for loss, damage or theft of items
• Parents and guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given to the safety of children using the play area, Bugs Play Cafe cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment.
• Our staff reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave the premises at their discretion
• No smoking, vaping or alcohol at Bugs Play Cafe and garden area
